Lisa Daley has been in the Financial Services industry since 2013 and a valued Independence Wealth Partners (IWP) member since 2020. As IWP’s Operations Manager, she is critical in supporting the firm's operations, leveraging her expertise in new business coordination, administration, and client relations. Before joining IWP, Lisa worked at Creative Financial Strategies, where she served as a New Business Coordinator, effectively mediating between advisors and the MassMutual home office.
What sets Lisa apart is her diverse professional background. In addition to her work in the financial services industry, she has over 15 years of experience as a legal secretary/receptionist and five years of experience supporting special needs children. This unique combination of skills and experiences, coupled with her proficiency in Salesforce, Advisor360°, and customer service, makes her an invaluable asset to the team. Lisa is known for her exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Outside of work, Lisa has many interests. She enjoys walking at the beach, exploring flea and farm markets, and antiquing. Her passion for cooking, trying new restaurants, and watching movies is evident in her vibrant personality. Lisa resides in Barnegat, NJ, with three children, one of whom is a paraplanner for Creative Financial Group.
